Steve Brook was Representing QRC at the 5th Flat Caps 10k this weekend in the immense heat. It is an undulating 10k Road Race around the picturesque Calderdale countryside and not one for the faint hearted. Steve completed it in an amazing 1:03:09 and was first MV75. Well done Steve! amazing again!
