Robin Naylor represented his country in the 5k Masters International (England v Wales) event at Shrewsbury Sports Village last Saturday, 11th July.
At 32°, the temperature was far too hot for any PBs, but, finishing in 24.04, Robin still managed 3rd place in the England M70 team and 5th place overall in his category.
Robin said. ‘Despite the heat, it was great to be involved in a really competitive race and it was an incredible honour to run in an England team vest.’
