Nicola has kindly sent us her race report for her 10k today!
A great day morning out at Trafford 10k. Supporting Tamara on her return to running, although she didn’t tell me until the start of the race that she had a blister, a sore ankle and hadn’t run more than 2 miles in the last 2 years! Took it steady and it was a lovely flat route through countryside. We got in before the cut off time but I forgot how much she loves a sprint finish 
Already entered again for next year it’s a 10k I would highly recommend
