As people get older they usually find a hobby to pass the time…. Robin has taken to smashing club records knocking another minute of the club 5k record! Both Pauline and Robin finished first in their categories and are both flying high in fly the flag competition! Well done guys!

Amy took on the Dales runner 30 (31.7Km/19.7m) on Saturday which ascends almost 3,000ft from Swaledale up to the Tan Hill Inn (Great Britain’s highest pub) It goes across some of the country’s remotest expanses of moorland with a stiff ascent of the spectacular Swinner Gill.
