Peter and Martin took on the first Judy Jaunt in what turned out to be a close battle in the M60 age category. Last Night 28 QRC runners took part in our 5k handicap race. It was a hot evening but Jenny took first place followed by Lindsay in second and Bianca in third! Well done to all runners and a special thanks to those who gave up their time to organise and marshall! Well done everyone!

As people get older they usually find a hobby to pass the time…. Robin has taken to smashing club records knocking another minute of the club 5k record! Both Pauline and Robin finished first in their categories and are both flying high in fly the flag competition! Well done guys!

Amy took on the Dales runner 30 (31.7Km/19.7m) on Saturday which ascends almost 3,000ft from Swaledale up to the Tan Hill Inn (Great Britain’s highest pub) It goes across some of the country’s remotest expanses of moorland with a stiff ascent of the spectacular Swinner Gill. Amy finished 2nd Female and 1st FV40
Thankfully Steve has recovered and is back racing! This weekend he was taking part in the run Aintree 5k and was second MV75 putting in a great time of 28:18! Glad to see you back running Steve!
