Neil, Mick, Lee, Simon, David, Joanna and Tali made the short trip over to Leeds for the Bah Humbug 10k hosted by South Leeds Lakers.
The race started with a lap and half of the track then headed up in to and around Middleton park & woods, with a final 3/4 lap of the track for a sprint finish.
It’s a mix of tarmac paths, muddy fields and footpaths with some sneaky hills.
As it’s the festive season there was plenty of Christmas fancy dress with some pretty rapid Santas 
Lee and Dave took advantage of the free pre & post leg massages set up by The Sports Therapy Clinic in Morley. I think they’re hoping they won’t ache tomorrow 
.
Both Mick and Joanna came 2nd in their respective age categories. Great running everyone.
