We had three runners in this years London Marathon and with it came three PB’s!
Tom got in to the marathon using the club allocated place and he got round in an impressive time of 2:47:30.
Tom paced his run perfectly with half marathon splits of 1:23:43 / 1:23:47 which was bang on his plan!
Amanda was next back beating her previous time by 33 mins, setting a time of 5:43:41, she described it as not going to plan but when does it ever?
Nicola set another PB, she followed a fantastic pacer for the first 10 miles until she had to slow down when her blood sugar dropped.
She is buzzing about her time and rightly should be coming home in a brilliant 6:41:03
