Something slightly different now but still 50% running related.
Andy and Emily made the trip north of the border to compete in HYROX Glasgow at the weekend.
For those of you that are new to it, HYROX is a multi discipline event consisting of 8x1km runs with a different exercise station at the end of each run 
.
Like running the 8km is not hard enough, you’ve then got to tackle a 1000m Ski-Erg, 50m Sled Push, 50m Sled Pull, 80m Burpee Broad Jump, 1000m Row, 200m Farmers Carry, 100m Sandbag Lunges and 100 Wall Balls with 6kg ball in between each 1km run!! 
Andy and Em finished in 1:16:50 and 89/261 for their age category and 240/845 for overall mixed doubles!
Incredible effort guys, well done.
