This weekend Rob, Jane, Taz took on Manchester 10k and Bev and Colin took on the half marathon! Bev’s 8 months of training paid off as she followed a training program from Phil and trained with Colin to put in a PB performance! Well done to all!

Dandelions at Dawn – half marathon

On Sunday Phil took on the Dandelions at Dawn half marathon round Temple Newsome. A two lap course through the beautiful bluebell woods for the half marathon distance saw Phil finish in a time of 2:06 We are assured there were more people than just Phil running this race although the photo suggest otherwise.

Great Birmingham run

Steve was racing again this weekend as he does every weekend – however this week was slightly different! Steve was representing England in the great Birmingham run where 16,000 runner took part.
