Well done to Ryan Lewis for completing the Harrogate 10K in a fantastic time of 47:45 M40 21/58. And Steve Brooks was out on his weekend race travels again and finished The Withernsea Harriers 5 miles in 43:10. Steve came 2nd in his age category MV70.
