A massive congratulations to all our C25K runners that graduated last night and celebrated with a BBQ!
Normal club runs followed the football, and a BBQ awaited the runners when they finished where the new graduated were presented with mugs and certificates to mark their achievements.
As always, these events cant happen without people giving up their time to coach these new runners and organise the events so thank you to all involved fromt the club.
We hope to the graduates move on up through the running groups and become regular antendees on Thursday evenings.
