Martin and Peter headed to County Durham for Sundays Raby Castle 10k. Held in the stunning grounds and deer park of Raby Castle this years race was also a hot and sweaty one but both Martin and Peter put in great times! Well run both!

On Sunday Phil took on the Dandelions at Dawn half marathon round Temple Newsome. A two lap course through the beautiful bluebell woods for the half marathon distance saw Phil finish in a time of 2:06 We are assured there were more people than just Phil running this race although the photo suggest otherwise.
Steve was racing again this weekend as he does every weekend – however this week was slightly different! Steve was representing England in the great Birmingham run where 16,000 runner took part. Steve, in hot and sunny conditions on a hilly city centre course finished in an impressive 55.33 Great work Steve.
